Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Workgini (“we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites and apps, and how you can manage your preferences. For how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.

1) What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website or app. They are widely used to make services work (or work more efficiently), as well as to provide information to the service owners. Some cookies are set by us (“first-party”), while others may be set by third parties providing services on our behalf (“third-party”).

2) How we use cookies

Workgini currently uses cookies that are **strictly necessary** for:

  • Signing in and keeping you authenticated (session continuity).
  • Loading your active organization context in the workspace.
  • Remembering your cookie preferences.

We do not set analytics or advertising cookies at this time. If we later introduce non-essential categories (e.g., analytics), we will update this page and ask for consent via our banner and preferences dialog.

* Supabase auth relies on secure cookies/tokens to maintain sessions. Names/retention can vary by environment and your configured policies.

4) Managing your preferences

You can adjust your cookie choices at any time using the button below. For strictly necessary cookies, you can’t disable them because they are required for the service to function (e.g., sign-in and org context).

You can also manage cookies at the browser level (e.g., blocking or deleting cookies). Doing so may impact your ability to use certain features (such as staying signed in).

5) Third-party cookies

Some features or workflows (e.g., payments) may involve third-party providers who set their own cookies on their domains. Those cookies are governed by the third party’s policies. We list our vendors in Subprocessors.

6) Updates to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes to cookies we use or legal requirements. If we introduce new non-essential cookies, we will request consent through our banner and the preferences dialog.
